WHOLE LIFE CHALLENGE
The Whole Life Challenge is an 8-week online,
community-building, habit-changing game that challenges you and your friends to
create happier, healthier lives by making small, daily changes.
Playing with your friends and family, you’ll score points
every day, focusing on 7 key areas of health and well-being: Nutrition,
Exercise, Mobilization, Sleep, Hydration, Lifestyle Practices, and Reflection.
This is for people of all ages and abilities. Friends,
family, and neighbors are welcome to join and play along!
KICK OFF EVENT
Saturday,
JANUARY 16th
9:00am in
Room #8
At
the Kick-off we will:
- Give an overview of the program
- Show you how to play
- Take preliminary measurements
- Do our preliminary workout
- Start the road to healthy, together!
Remember, ANYONE can play! You will pick your own custom level of
challenge, and you score points according to consistency and your personal
improvements. Encourage friends and family to make a healthy change with you in
2016!
FREEZER MEAL WORKSHOPS
Get a good start with your meals! You will prepare 14 meals for 4 (56 servings) in just a couple of hours! Space is limited so sign up with CINDY or TAMI asap!
- Sunday, January 17th at 2pm = Cindy's house
- Thursday, January 21 time TBA = Tami's house
Cost is $40 for recipes, tools, & instruction. Bring your own groceries for custom meals for your family!
